Description:

This is a brand new, four (4) port cable television drop amplifier, just like the ones that your local cable company uses to correct their system's shortcomings. This new model packs a powerful punch in a compact, easy-to-install package! By connecting these fantastic signal boosters to the drop cable coming in from the street, you can increase the signal strength entering your home by up a whopping +7 db per port! If you have multiple televisions or run a cable modem for your internet, this product is recommended. By having four ports come directly off of the amplifier, there is no need for additional splitters, which reduce signal strength. If you are tired of tv pictures that don't seem as clear as they should be, dropped internet connections, or just desire a reliable amplifier to give continuous, steady signal to your home or business, this is for you!

Features:

4 ports with an increase of +7 db per port. New model replacement for PCT-MA1015-4PN.

Improves cable modem performance in many cases.Compatible with all cable TV systems.

Will reduce cable pixelation and graininess due to low signal levels. Coaxial cables not included.

6 kV surge protection for lightning strikes. Gold-plated, berylluim copper construction, and powder coated housing deters corrosion.

5-year warranty when purchased from an Authorized PCT Distributor/Dealer. Warranty not valid when purchased through other outlets.

5HDTV ampliferAug 29, 2010
I ordered this amplifer to split my over the air digital signals between four televisions. It works exactly as advertised and was very easy to install. Excellent picture on all tv's, a great product!

5excellent performance with Winegard HD7694P antennaAug 22, 2010
After installing this amplifier, Windows Media Centers indicated that many channels (stations located at about 55 miles) have signal strength of 5 bars (instead of 3) and 6 bars (instead of 4); 6 bars is maximum. (The antenna is located in the attic). I am now getting channels, which, according to tvfool, have negative NM(dB); to pick up a station, the noise margin (NM) has to be greater than 0.

34 port ampAug 15, 2010
OK, but not impressed. They mention in internet ad the 8db output gain, but don't remember seeing mention of the 7+ db input loss that is clearly mentioned on package as received. hmmm.

5Awsome for cable & modem using Cox serviceAug 10, 2010
After 1 week of up time, it's safe to say the performance is stable. I gain 1.5mb speed on download stream (10-11.5mb now) after using this. TV and 2 digital tuners are also benefiting from this amp too. It could use better documentation but it's not that bad.

2Didn't work for meJul 31, 2010
I was excited to get this product but was soon disappointed. I had purchased a differnt product`(Rocketfish) at best buy for about 40.00 but had a lower db (4). When placing this product in its place there were many channels where the reception was much worse and some that were not even viewable. Glad it works for some people but the one I have now works much better.
