not recommendedAug 25, 2010 the antenna itself isn't that bad, but the problem is that the sellers sent me a different antenna
from the one shown above.
picture of antenna shows that it has a small connector,
so i bought it because i have to use 3 antennas to get my wireless card working
but i got a antenna with a much bigger connector that i can't even get 2 antennas to fit into my wireless card
torn apart my 2dbi antennas' connector part and changed with the 9dbi antennas so they work now
but it doesn't seem like they are working as good as they would if they had stock small connectors
Can see the whole neighborhoodAug 15, 2010 I noticed how this antenna is marketed for Linksys products but I am using it on a D-Link DWL-G820 network bridge. Originally this bridge comes with a 3 inch antenna, so this antenna is definitely a lot bigger. Kind of a sore eye in the room, but what else can you do. I am sharing internet with my neighbors across the street and with the small antenna my signal strength was at 26%. Now, with this antenna I am up 44%, not bad for the distance that it has to travel. Also, when I do a scan of wireless networks in the area, I can see the whole neighborhood, like 25 networks, when before I was only getting like 8 networks.
Good AntennaAug 10, 2010 I'm using this with a 2000mW Alfa. This is nice antenna, improving one's antenna tend to be the cheapest and easiest way to improve single.

Works fine, but not compatible with listed modelsAug 05, 2010 The device is not actually compatible with the WRT54G without a RP-TNC to RP-SMA adapter (or some other brand). It is also in NO way compatible with the WET54G, which has no detachable antenna. You would have to disassemble the WET54G and connect the internal wiring to a SMA adapter.

DO NOT waste your time or money on this....Jul 30, 2010 I bought this antenna hoping to boost my wifi signal a little bit, but it did NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING! If anything, the range was decreased. The small antenna that came with my router works better than this thing. Do not waste your time with this....it was also a hassle shipping it back and getting a refund. Seek other options if you are looking to boost your wifi signal.
