Great phoneSep 06, 2009
I purchased the Sansung Impression with the car charger. The phone looks and acts great. I know it says that it is blue but it looks black so don't be shocked by this. I also love the price I paid for the car charger at Amazon. Pennies on a dollar. I could have not beaten this price anywhere. Amazon is great. I received it with in 2 days or should I say UPS tried to deliver it within 2 days. The phone is great but you will need to download a manual because it did not come with a full one. It just comes with a short cut manuel to show how to quickly use the phone. I was frustrated with the lock screen until I realized that it was on auto lock and after I took it off the screen does not lock until I set the lock. The dvd or the short cut manuel did not tell me this so it would have been helpful to have the full manuel book on the phone. But like others said, you can download it from the website for free. Unlike other reviews I do not see the lock key is a problem.
Beware if you have UPS deliver it make sure you have a person at the home to get the package. There is a fee now to change the address to a new location.

I received the accessories quickly. Problem was they sent the wrong case for my phone. I contacted them and they corrected the problem by sending the correct cases with no hassle. All accessories work great.
