No more fighting for the Wheels!Feb 25, 2010 My two boys and I don't "fight" for the Wheels anymore. We each have our own. Great addition to our Wii setup.
it's a wheel. it hasn't broken yetFeb 23, 2010 I think the wheel makes Mario Kart Wii a bit more fun but if you are strapped for cash, it is definitely not a necessity.
improve your funFeb 10, 2010 really nice if you want to improve your fun when you play car games! my kids love it when they play mario kart :)
My kids love it but....Feb 10, 2010 I really find it easier to race MarioKart by just holding the remote sideways. Don't see any appreciable difference in racing by having the remote in the wheel but, like I said, my kids love to use it.
Wii wheel is uselessFeb 06, 2010 - It is harder playing a car racing game using the Wii wheel rather than using the buttons.
- The fact that it can move anywhere in space (up-down, front-back, etc) makes it NOT really like a car steering wheel, making it unintuitive.
- Calibration of how much the car turns vs how much you move the wheel is very very hard to figure out as opposed to how controls it.
- With the Wii being in general about seamless intuitive control, this is a anomaly.
