Useful Training ToolJun 13, 2010 So far, I can say the fires behave similar to reality. I'm sure some will contradict that statement, but hey... it's a video game. If you place the water in the right spots and follow patterns we are trained to use, it is actually quite effective. When my young daughter pried the Wii remote from my hand, I saw how much more difficulty... she had putting fires out being untrained. I coached her briefly and she improved significantly.
I can see where this game could be used as another training tool for departments looking for a safe way to show rookies different techniques. Now I have to see if I can talk my chief into getting a Wii for the firehouse.

AUSTRALIAN BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUYJun 05, 2010 Purchased this item because it said it could be posted to Australia and when it arrived we put it in the Wii and it would not play - we then discovered that they sent the wrong region and they do not give refunds on opened games!!!! Now we are stuck with 2 expensive games that will not play - total waist of money - very disappointed!!! AUSTRALIAN BUYERS DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!!!
Fun!Mar 29, 2010 This game is fun but very hard to use at first. You have to get used to what button controls things. Once you get the hang of it...it's fun. The only downside is that the game can make you dizzy when moving around at first, ha.
Husband loves it!!!Feb 15, 2010 I bought this game for my husband who is a volunteer firefighter. He has played it and played up until he beat the game. He loves it!
