Makes exercise fun!Nov 18, 2009 I've never been much for exercise. It's boring, mind-dulling stuff. But this game is making it fun, and I'm actually exercising regularly! It has some flaws -- mostly the advice gets repetitive, and I wish I could put the aerobic games into a routine. But for me it doesn't really matter, because I've gone from couch potato to someone who exercises six times a week, at least 30 minutes to a session. And that is a very good thing.
wii fit plus is fun!Nov 16, 2009 If something is good for you, but it isn't any fun, how likely are you to do that good thing? Not at all if you are anything like me, but this is fun. I love the games that allow you to explore riding and jogging paths, march in a ban, and get fit and healthy while playing.
EveNov 14, 2009 The whole family enjoys doing the exercise routines, fun games that promote exercise like super hula hoop and snow ball fighting! Good for getting yout butt off the couch and having fun.

Lots of fun if you choose to use it!Nov 14, 2009 With the approach of winter and cold/damp weather I was looking for something to keep me active (I'm a runner) and the Wii Fit Plus didn't disappoint. It's got a great variety of games and yoga/strength training exercises. And the fact that it tracks your weight and how many Calories you've burned helps you realize how much you need to work to burn off that ice cream sundae you couldn't avoid. (Which is precisely why I work out--to eat the foods I love and not feel guilty about it--the good feeling and increased health/immunity to disease are just side benefits.)
I should note that you've got to work at it to break a sweat--it's not designed to be a strenuous workout. However, I think the developers at Nintendo did a good job considering the demographic they'd have to cover (5-95 year olds). And its a neat way to check out Yoga without having to leave the house. I'm sure doing it in a class would be more interesting, but this way you can practice a bit before going.
The key to this product, like all exercises, is that you've got to use it for it to be of any benefit. I highly recommend this product to everyone--you will only benefit from it.

Family funNov 13, 2009 I bought this about two monthes ago. Not only do I enjoy it, but so does my husband and two boys. My oldest son is a bit overweight. This has made increasing his activity so much fun that he does it every day. He has lost weight and gained balance. My husband uses the yoga to stretch his muscles after working out at the gym.
